   Element 21 Sports
   Fishing Rod Catalogue

Element 21 Sports is a designer,
manufacturer and marketer of     advanced scandium alloy golf and     fishing equipment.

The brief was to create a catalogue     that would make e21 stand out from     their competitors and gain attention     globally without alienating their     fisherman client base. The client     required the use of existing branding     and palette but to refresh and     modernize their position in the     marketplace. Part of the challenge was     organizing an overwhelming amount of     product information in a very limited     amount of pages while still making it     clean and easily accessible. The     fishing rods also needed to be seen in     full as well as in detail.

The end result is a highly successful     20 page catalogue with high impact     creative, printed on thick, glossy stock     with a spot varnished cover.

   Verdant
   Magazine

Verdant is an introductory publication     geared towards organic and vegan     lifestyle.

The magazine needed to visually     support the philosophy of organic and     vegan living and to convey a sense of     continuity from one issue to the next     while making each issue fresh and     new. While the magazine is heavily     content driven it is also largely     dependant on high impact graphics to     add visual appeal and support the     articles.

Working closely with the client to     develop strong bold colours and     photography, maximum shelf stand-out     was achieved. The finished magazine     came out exceptionally in both content
and presentation and made a     considerable impact on the end user.

   excamp
   Program Magazine

excamp is an Arizona based,     organization geared towards providing     extreme experience programs to adults.

The brief was to integrate program     information and editorial content into     one publication. The visual challenge     was to deliver a design that appeals to     all age groups and genders as well as     individuals interested in varying     experiences from extreme sports to     leisurely and scenic canoe rides. The     piece needed to be exceptional in both     its content and presentation in order to     make an impact and invite exploration.     The brief required the existing branding     to evolve, so a more contemporary     colour palette was chosen to     compliment the hues of the art directed     pictures. To give a feel of “quality”, a     thick, glossy stock and various spot     varnishes were used.
